Who Qualifies & Income Requirements
Brookside Terrace offers income-restricted housing. To qualify, total household income must fall within the approved income range at the time of application. Income eligibility is based on household size and program guidelines, and households must meet both minimum and maximum income requirements applicable to the designated program.

Income limits are based on HUD/AMI guidelines and are subject to change. Eligibility will be verified during the application process.
Documents You May Need
To help keep the process moving, applicants may be asked to provide:
- Government-issued photo ID
- Recent pay stubs and/or employment verification
- Social Security or benefit award letters (if applicable)
- Bank statements and/or asset documentation (if applicable)
- Any additional documents requested to complete eligibility verification
Additional Eligibility Requirements
- All household members must provide income documentation.
- All applicants are screened using standard criteria in accordance with Fair Housing regulations.
- Occupancy standards vary by household size and unit type.
How to Apply
Click the Application link to print the application. Once completed, you may submit your packet in one of the following ways:
- Drop it off at the leasing office during regular business hours.
- Email your completed application and supporting documents to the leasing office at: BrooksideTerrace@vestacorp.com
- Mail your application to the leasing office.
A non-refundable application fee may apply. Once your completed application and required documentation are received, our team will begin processing and contact you regarding eligibility and availability.
Processing Fee: A $50 non-refundable processing fee is required at the time of application submission.
